Treatment at First Step proved invaluable

I came to First Step after a very rough patch in my life where I resorted to alcohol for coping with stress, anxiety, and feelings of isolation. Treatment at First Step proved invaluable for my initial recover period. I felt a sense of support and community that I had not had prior to enrolling in IOP. It was very informative and helpful to hear similar walks of like who had some of the same issues. It was also very helpful to learn coping mechanisms for dealing with personal strife.
