I’ve learned to be honest with myself concerning drinking

“My guilt and shame from the mistakes I’d made was so overwhelming I began to shut down, but when I met the people in my group, and listening to Katie I started to feel healing in my situation that I was not alone, others are going through the same and through sharing our stories we are healing each other and I’ve learned to be honest with myself concerning drinking and the life choices I’ve made and have learned that making a mistake doesn’t have to rule over me, and there is life after school.”
