Initial apprehension and questioning I need and benefit. I was glad I chose to participate. IOP [substance abuse intensive outpatient] provided a safe place to share to others with similar stories and concerns. Group counselors were phenomenal. I would not hesitate to call Kai in the future if the need arises. Discussions were meaningful and well guided. Clearly made some contacts that I will keep. Grateful for accountability.
