I came to First Step for an assessment in order to get my license reinstated. I was nervous at first. But participation in group helped me loosen up. Listening to others and being heard by the group really helped me a lot. I learned that I’m a good person who made a mistake. And I shouldn’t let that mistake define me (my life) It’s been great. I’ve been enjoying my day to day life without alcohol. It’s been a while 🙂 I plan to keep it up. I can honestly say this program/group has impacted me in only positive ways. I’m thankful.
