I put off these groups for a long time because of time, transportation, money and general discomfort from the unknown. I came day 1 on VIP day, which was am impactful way to start. I was more comfortable than I expected to be. The group was useful and beneficial. The people were nice, open and often entertaining and insightful. I met a lot of nice people and I enjoyed the time here and having a place to talk about my situation when I didn’t do much of that outside of group. It was a much better use of 6 hours a week than I expected. Angela and Katie are great counselors and I appreciate their kindness and warm approach to a generally crappy subject you are both AWESOME!
