The group setting here is amazing for recovery. I was skeptical at first but after a few sessions, I saw the benefits of IOP. I learned about my triggers and warning signs, My counselor (Aubree) made me feel very comfortable and i was able to open up to the group. Overall this was an extremely positive experience. I plan on coming back as an alumni.
