I had no idea what to expect. I was nervous and just wanted to get it over with. I met incredible people along with an incredible counselor and was able to confide and express myself in more areas to heal from things beyond what brought me to group. It was an overall amazing experience. I will carry on what I learned about myself and others forever, most important I learned how to control my emotions in areas to not make the wrong choices, which will be the key to stay out of trouble! A huge thank you to First Step, I will miss it!
