“Being that this is my second round of IOP, I initially thought that I would not gain much from going through treatment again. That couldn’t be father from the experience what this has been. I finally had “ears ready to hear” the advice, recommendations, and support from the group. I have made meaningful connections to people who have very similar mindsets/troubles/experiences. I have further explored the root cause of many of my issues – a lack of self esteem, self worth, and my poor coping mechanisms. I am thankful for the group opening up with me, sharing experiences and perspectives. The insight gained and connections made have made a lasting impact on me and my recovery.”
