Counselors are wonderful, very friendly and engaging. Group was weird at first. Until we started discussing a topic or game. What helped me the most was getting to listen and talk with others about similar issues. I have learned to be more proactive and disciplined with mind altering chemicals. Sobriety has changed me by teaching me control, understanding triggers and how to deal with them, learning the risks of substances.
