First Step Services, LLC originated in Garner as a one-person private practice in June 2001. Since that single office counseling practice in Garner, we have grown into four facilities. Though we moved into our current, upgraded facility, we have never left our home in Garner. Our home office at 211 E. Six Forks Rd, Raleigh opened in August 2003, where it remains until this day.  We are licensed by the State of NC for all levels of outpatient care and are accredited by CARF for the same. See below for list of services.

Our Intensive Outpatient Programs meet best practice qualifications and are licensed by the State of NC and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. Additionally, we provide short term, longer term and aftercare programs as well as DWI assessments and all DWI education and group counseling services.
